With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1,157 square feet of living space, the condo offers a comfortable layout for families. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
The main living area includes a comfortable sectional with a pop-up sleeper, Smart TV, board games, and plenty of room to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, rice maker, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dishes. Guests can enjoy meals at the dining table, kitchen island, or outside on the covered deck.
One of the property’s standout features is the spacious covered front deck with outdoor seating and dining space. A smaller uncovered rear deck is also available, with access from the king and queen bedrooms.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private entrance with a smart lock.
The beach and Boardwalk are approximately a nine-minute walk away, while the bay is about a five-to-six-minute walk. Several restaurants are within one or two blocks, a bicycle rental shop is across the street, and Wawa is steps away.
