Inside, 1,980 square feet of living space spans two levels. Gather in the great room, share meals in the dining area, or settle in beside the built-in gas-log fireplace. Central air and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable throughout the season, while the full kitchen and private washer and dryer make longer stays easier.
Outdoors, the back deck offers a relaxing place to enjoy the water-view setting and listen to the waves. The fenced yard adds useful private outdoor space, and the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day on the sand.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The home is furnished and also includes blinds, tile and vinyl flooring, and natural-gas forced-air heat for cooler stays.
