One of Ocean City's biggest summer traditions is getting a festive twist this year!
The 71st Annual Night in Venice returns on Saturday, July 25, 2026, with the creative new theme "Stars, Stripes & Christmas Lights." Combining America's 250th birthday celebration with a fun Christmas in July theme, this year's event promises to be one of the brightest and most entertaining Night in Venice celebrations yet.
And if you're a fan of holiday movies, you're in for an extra treat...
Cousin Eddie Is Coming to Ocean City!
As part of this year's festivities, Randy Quaid's iconic character, Cousin Eddie, from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, will be making a special appearance during Night in Venice festivities.
Adding even more holiday cheer, attendees can also enjoy a screening of the beloved holiday classic National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, making this year's celebration feel like the holidays - just with flip-flops instead of snow boots!
Whether you're decorating a boat, watching from the bayfront, or spending the weekend in Ocean City, expect plenty of Christmas lights, laughter, patriotic decorations, and unforgettable family memories.
